i saw and met her!

I was awaken by the lights. Mama turned on the lights in our bedroom. It was 4:30 in the morning. This is the day! Umagang Kay Ganda will be having a live coverage in our place. I went to the kitchen to eat while Mama is still taking a bath. After her, it's my turn. It was really cold. I took a bath, wore my school uniform then went to the patio of the church. Cameras were all over the place. They also brought a mini-satellite with them. After a few minutes, an ABS-CBN van arrived. It parked in front of us, just across the street. I saw Ms. Winnie Cordero, putting on make-up. When she's done, she went outside of the van and talked to the crew. The crew were near me and my cousin. One of the crew was talking to me. Grabe ang bilis talaga, friends na kaagad kami nung isang crew member. Napag-usapan namin yung ABS, akala niya nagworkshop ako dun. Well, gusto ko naman talaga mag-workshop! :) Then he went to the other side of the street to buy pandesal. He asked me to get one but I refused, saying "araw-araw ko na yan kinakain. kayo na lang kumain". He laughed then gave Ms. Winnie a pandesal. She said "ang sarap naman!". She also bought pandesal, a lot of pandesal! She stayed with us for a while then it's time for her to be on air. She was waving to us, smiling also. We had our picture taken together. She's really nice and friendly. Too bad I wasn't able to finish the live coverage because I still need to go to school. I came in late[in school] but happy. Meeting her is truly memorable. Sometimes, I think of being a journalist or newscaster. :)
